Craig Vanderweide has served for five years as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Senior Project Manager for a diverse array of projects within A4O. Craig leads an operations team consisting of a Project Manager, Finance Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, and Executive Assistants. The COO and his team focus on elevating customer service for both the A4O consultant and employee team and our county and state partners.
Craig also has twenty-eight years of experience within the technology and business industries. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science with a certificate in Project Management degree at the University of Phoenix in 2022, which has furthered project management support to our clients. He excels in customer service with our clients and goes above and beyond his role to ensure excellent service delivery. Craig also supports our consultant team in a myriad of ways to help us do our best work. He demonstrates cross-team and cross-partner collaboration towards organizational, fiscal, and client outcomes. He has outstanding critical thinking abilities, solves complex and detailed challenges, and leads our team to deliver timely services at a high customer satisfaction rate. Craig relishes spending time on his tractor, making the grounds beautiful, and encouraging the veggies to grow at Foggy Vale Farms.
