Developing a Trauma- Responsive Organization and System
- Implementation of trauma screening in every case
- Trainings specific to the definition of trauma & ACE’s, as well as the impact they have on behaviors and decisions of those who have had trauma in the child welfare system (presented to community members, partner organizations, staff, parents/caregivers, resource parents and kinship parents)
- Application of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) to case staffing’s and decision making throughout the life of a case
- Implementation of evidence based models that address trauma of children, parents and caretakers, foster parents, kinship parents involved in child welfare system
- Implementation of evidence based models that help parents, family members, resource parents and kinship caregivers understand the impact of trauma and strategies for addressing behaviors that are a result of trauma of children living in their homes

Culture & Climate Root Cause Analysis
- Using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Facilitates engagement of staff input, feedback and ideas through surveys & focus groups (RA)
- Develops organizational change plan to improve culture and climate based on data, trends, and staff and leadership input
- Implements and drives change in conjunction with organizational leadership
- Facilitates engagement of staff input, feedback and ideas through surveys & focus groups (RA)

- Training specific to impact of trauma on the social determinants of health
